How To Break Weight Loss Plateau

Oh Hey There...COLLEGE
SOOOOOOOOOOO.....err.....college has really changed things.
I started out still trying to be into eat healthy, but I let my workout go.....
Then I let EVERYTHING go.....
AND NOW IM TRYING TO GET IT ALL BACK!!!!!!
(this is hard y'all)
BUT
I CAN...NO.....WILL do it!!! :)))))))))
It was fun prancing around feelin skinn(ier) and now i just feel like crap. I DONT LIKE IT
Turning point: buying a scale....
So i bought a scale (which turns out it didnt work) and I thought that i gained way more than the freshman 15 (i mean i still dont know but....) that made me angry.... i mean hella angry. All the stuff i was eating and all the time i was spending not working out were not better than the way i felt when i was prancin around feeling good about myself.
I wanted to reach my goal weight by the time i went back home for thanksgiving and while that probs wont happen, I can still get back down to my pre-college weight so Im planning on doing that.
Ive revamped my habits and my attitude
Watch out ya'll!!!
