Getting much better at learning to resist eating "bad" foods. I just have to keep reminding myself that I can always eat that whatever it is later and that whatever it is is probably just going to make me sick anyways.
This past two days have been a little upsetting. I need to pull the reigns back in with my eating habits. I'm not being too terribly unhealthy but Im starting to go back to just eating when I want to and not really thinking my decisions through.
Tomorrow will be much better :)
