Today Was Not A Fail.
I learned a lot.
1) I had to subsidize my efforts otherwise I definitely would not have eaten enough food. (even though i still didn't, that helped a lot)
2) I didnt eat meat all day. I just realized that around 9:00
3) No heart burn
4) I was perkier today
5) I had trouble making myself eat more food. I don't know if I can go strictly vegetarian because of that.
Today was good.
I'm definitely going to incorporate more fruits and veggies into my food.
