8.14.2013

Pretty tired today. Happy to report that I tried biking again (which didn't go so well, but hey that's ok!) and the stair machine in the gym this morning. I really like the stair machine. I might erg tomorrow. My new goal moving forward is to rotate through all of the cardio machines each week. I was pretty tired for part of the afternoon :/ I blame my fatigue and not my workout (unlike yesterday), but I was able to pick myself and accomplish all of the goals I had for today. Pretty tired now, but I need to make myself stay up for a little while longer and work on some things.
