Pretty good day. Definitely ate enough. Need to cut down on my treats though. I was pretty hungry by lunch and my sister called me up wanting Chinese food so I went along with it because I was tired and irritable Food that I know that isn't necessarily the healthiest for me is becoming less and less appetizing If I'm going to work out, then there's no point in counteracting all that work for some food I don't really need. My fatigue was pretty bad today :/ Didn't really get anything done today, but it's good to relax every now and then. Health always comes first! In other news, the gym was amazing today! I really like my hour-long routine so I'm looking forward to tomorrow even though the gym opens later. Pretty proud for increasing my potassium intake today too!
