Eating: :) Excersizing: :(

I ate very well today!!!! Definitely my best day so far.
Workout didn't go so well, but I pushed through and stayed the whole 30 minutes. Didn't burn ss many calories as I wanted to, but I'm proud of myself for getting through it!
Having fruit for dinner. Can't wait!

My "Wall of Fit"

Decided to do some arts and crafts today and create a "Wall of Fit" for some extra inspiration. Committing to 30 mins a day and healthy eating :)
