Discipline

Not being disciplined enough today and yesterday is was what not finishing an assignment  that could have easily been missing my workout this morning, not getting any of the time-sensitive work I needed to get done last night, not prepare my lunch early and being late to work led to. 

Even though discipline is hard, it's necessary.

I didn't hear any of my alarms go off :/ I guess I'm going to have to go to the gym tonight!

So proud of myself today! Still need to work on getting enough fats and potassium, but this is the first time in a long time that I've pretty much gotten enough of everything in one day! Appetite is still acting funny, but I've found that I'm not as hungry for lunch and dinner as I normally am. Might make it harder to eat enough at each meal. Part of it might be my increased fixation with watching the number on the scale decrease and really committing to working out and my social media outlets. Everything has been positive thus far, but this can be a dangerous slope so I'm trying to curb this before it turns into a real problem. I used to become very fixated on my weigh-ins in the past and I won't be having any of that this time around! Lookin' forward to another morning at the gym. Today was fantastic. Perfect quality me time.
