8.6.2013

So bummed about how my morning and evening played out. Alarm didn't go off and errands after work led to no gym today. I also have to try harder to stay motivated at work. No excuses. Getting ready to go to bed as soon as I finish this report (and set my alarm correctly haha) so I can get up tomorrow. On the bright side my Dad might go with me. I like my me time in the morning, but I've realized that I can help my family make better choices by encouraging and including them. My dad will typically do stuff with me if I ask, but he's not really into changing his diet. My mom pretty much copies what ever I do to a certain extent, but I've got to keep pushing her to commit. I've already asked my sister if she wanted help making changes in her diet and I always invite her to the gym. I know I can't change them, but I can always try to help them without beating them over the head with advice. In other news, I ended up splitting my lunch in half today. My appetite just ain't what it used to be...Can't wait to the gym tomorrow morning. I know habits take a while to form and it's ok to stumble along the way, but I can't wait to wake up one morning and realize that I really did turn things around and I'm sticking with it!
