Weight Loss Goals

Nutrition
  • eat 5-6 mini meals a day
  • drink 12 8oz of H2O daily
  • eat fresh food
  • limit my fun meals 
  • stop eating 2-3 hrs before bed/ eat last meal before 7pm daily
  • order water when I'm eating out/ on campus
  • consume more fiber
  • eat one vegetarian meal each day
  • eliminate drinking soda
  • limit refined sugar and white starches intake
  • log my food (and exercise daily)
  • eat fruits and veggies every day
Health
  • get 7-8 hours of sleep
  • STOP WEIGHING MY MOTHER LOVING SELF
  • work out for 30 mins every day
  • read at least 10 fitness blog posts each day
  • take vitamins daily
  • grow my hair out 
  • LOVE MYSELF NO MATTER HOW MUCH I WEIGH
Social
  • spend less time in front of the computer
  • get a part-time job
  • visit CMARC bi-weekly
  • spend time with others on the weekends 
  • STOP BEING AN ISLAND
  • stay in touch with high school friends
Fitness
  • work out on either Saturdays or Sundays
  • start weight training around 160 lbs
  • start toning by body around 150 lbs
  • flat tummy
  • thigh gap/ legs stop touching
  • visible arm definition
  • be able to do push ups, pull ups, and plank
  • no muffin top/ belly bulge
  • ABS daily
  • work out at least 5-6 times a week
