11.14

Pretty great day today! I ate breakfast pretty late on account of me having an fMRI around breakfast time, but the gym went well and dinner is delicious. Even though my eating schedule was off and I got pretty hungry, I popped some mints and didn't eat anything unhealthy all day! The gym went supes well too. I really pushed myself by doing 3x my weight and body circuit, which I really didn't want to do. Not because I didn't want to, but because I didn't think I could. Tried to make my own pasta sauce tonight. MEGA fail. I didn't have enough tomatoes. Next time, next time...My weight has come down a little bit too. I've noticed that I all the weight I picked up is in my belly (womp not cute) so I'm hoping it will come off soon.

Definitely getting myself back on track. I keep reminding me of where I want to be in 2 months and that's really helping, but only because I'm starting to believe I can actually do it.

Today was pretty good overall. Made it to gym (yay), but my entire food schedule was throw off for a garden variety of reasons (womp). Tomorrow should be awesome though!
