Bad batch of strawberries. They were pretty all bad and this bad boy had mold on it. Very sad camper this morning :(

I'm starting to realize that exercising may be curbing my appetite so I need to plan accordingly/ get creative with my menu items.I was finally pretty hungry by lunch time today, but when I came home, I wasn't really feeling dinner. I faintly remember these types of patterns when I used to work out each day in the past. Wasn't really feeling work today. I pushed thru, but I could have walked around the office more if I had just really tried. I think I just need a break today. On days where I've been feeling good, I just push thru, but now that I have days where I feel good and I've been working out, the motive to walk around the office to the extent that I used to is decreasing! I don't wanna over kill all these new changes I've made. I really want my new habits to last. I've also made a contentious effort to focus less and less on the number of calories I burn each day and more and more on making sure I get tot the gym at least once I day. I view walking around the office as secondary exercising because before it used to be my only real way to moving my body around the day. I like the new system better. It gives me an opportunity to at least try and focus on getting my work done. If anyone has any advice or creative suggestions about today's ramblings, I'm all ears!

Too sleepy to eat, but I know skipping meals is not an option. Need to go ahead and get ready for tomorrow. My whole family is coming to the gym with meeeee!
