Pretty good day today. Had some blood sugar issues earlier, but other than that I'm pretty good. I'm going to have to re-do my plan for winter and get veggies from the campus store every day and stay away from leftovers. I also need to do smaller meals and eat more. Three "big" meals of just fruits  is leaving me pretty hungry so I'm going to try eating smaller meals throughout the day.

I've had kind of a sweet tooth these past two days so I've been getting a dark chocolate bar. I let it go for today, but I'm going to try dried sweet potatoes instead tomorrow. Operations "16 Pounds" is going to be a success! I've done a pretty good job cutting everything else back out though. I'm moving to oatmeal tomorrow instead of steamed white rice. Brown is not an option and sense oatmeal is healthier and I already have it in my room, this will save time, money and wasted calories.

Not much else to report on. I'm re-worked my study plan today so I feel better and more confident in how I'm going to attack these exams. No more feeling like they're going to be hard and that I can't study well for them!

My plate was super colorful today! Made me happy. Will be posting pic soon.
