To my last exam: nsakdsaadjmsakdlajdaidakdwddwadwa WHY WERE YOU SO HARD??????

Definitely my worst exam out of the bunch, but all things considered, it could have gone a lot worse I guess. I'm glad it's over though.

I weighed in today for my revival of my workout and eating plan.

8 pounds.

Thats how much I've gained over the past couple of weeks.

All in all, it's ultimately my fault and I know it. It still kinda stinks though that I let myself go that much. Ultimately, I just hurt myself by not trying to care about my end goal while I had was off track. Today/ this past week was no exception. I was not healthy today with what, when and how I ate. I just wasn't. I can't wait for this good night's sleep, my workout tomorrow and veggies. Lots of veggies.

8 pounds is just a minor set back. I still have plenty of time to reach my goal by the date I wanted to. I just have to stick to my plan. Even though writing stuff down and scheduling stuff is helpful, it's so easy to just ignore, delete it or pretend it's not there. Maybe it was just exams, apps, stress and homework, but that's not like. I'm all for re-adjusting plans if necessary, but I always come back to them. Tomorrow and for most days throughout the week, I'm going to make sure I get to the gym for 30 mins, do my strength training and eat right.

As long as I stick to a routine that I feel like I can do everyday, I'll be fine.

In happier news, I tried henna in my hair today. I AM IN LOVEEEEEEEEE.
