Ladies, especially after your period, you want to make sure you have enough iron so you don’t feel fatigued. Vegans and vegetarians, make sure you get enough iron as well; your diet tends to be iron deficient. You don’t want to become anemic. If you get iron from non-meat sources, be sure get vitamin C as well to help with absorption.
