Whoops!

My MIA break went a lot longer than I though it would. Instead of waiting tonight to do my normal post, I'm going to take my work break and just do it now. Instead of recapping each day for the past weeks (左右) I'm just going to do some quick bullet points of errything that's happened. I'm going to try and keep things in order:

-started to get back on track with a smoothie last week. twas delicious

-let myself go again with breads and meat
-feeling guilty bc i’ve worked so hard and i felt like i wasn’t on top of my diet
-felt out of control
-gained 3 pounds 
-no energy
-generally not feeling great about myself
-remembered my fat photos and how great a classmate of mine looks now bc she put in a lot of hard work to get her diet and eating habits under control

YESTERDAY:
-new steamer!!!!!!!!!
-veggies= rejuvenation (I could write a testament on how important fruits and veggies just after that one meal!)
-Reason to go to the store now even though I'm cold and tired
-I want to set of goal of loosing 16 pounds by the time i return to keep myself on track and determined
-if I dont reach that goal, I'll still loose some in the process of trying!



I kinda wished I had just sucked it up and found time to post each day so I could go into more detail. I'm making myself do it now because I realized how critical to my routine doing this was. I had a change of heart over the weekend and I know I'm capable of reaching my goals. I can stay out of my routine or force myself back into it....

-my friend break is still good
-had a social life Friday night...yay me!
-I fit a size L sweater at the HM here! Swagged out and bought 4 as a treat.
